SELLING YOUR HOUSE? GET PEACE OF MIND!
Why should I pre-inspect my house?
A pre-listing inspection is actually two inspections.
The first inspection is to determine the condition of the home and to identify needed repairs.
The second inspection is performed after you have completed the recommended repairs you choose to do.
A new and revised report is issued after the second inspection. The revised inspection can be a great sales tool. This Pre-Inspection will provide you with a better understanding of the conditions which may be discovered by a prospective buyer’s inspector, and provides you an opportunity to make repairs and improvements that will help the sale go smoothly and maximize their selling price. Eventually your buyers are going to conduct an inspection. You may as well know what they are going to find by getting there first.
